Dear clients and partners, we would like to inform you that on October 11, 2026, a major technical failure occurred within the Yandex cloud infrastructure. This incident affected the server services that power the ADALCHECK.KZ platform in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Consequently, our system experienced significant disruptions, including the temporary unavailability of terminals used for automated pre-trip and pre-shift medical examinations. We wish to emphasize that the system outage was caused by external technical issues on the part of the cloud provider, Yandex, rather than any malfunction of the ADALCHECK.KZ terminals themselves.<\/strong><\/p>\n Upon the onset of the failure, our technical specialists immediately began working to restore the system. We are currently migrating the ADALCHECK.KZ platform to an alternative cloud server infrastructure to reduce our reliance on the current provider and ensure service stability. Please note that server migration is a complex technical process involving data migration, software configuration, the restoration of integrations, and the verification of all system components. These tasks require time and cannot be completed instantly. In parallel, we are awaiting official information from Yandex regarding the complete resolution of the issues and the restoration of cloud infrastructure stability.<\/p>\n Despite the situation, the efforts of our specialists have already enabled us to restore the functionality of core ADALCHECK.KZ services. At present, the terminals are operational, and your employees can undergo pre-trip and pre-shift medical examinations. However, due to ongoing technical work, temporary disruptions and longer result processing times may occur. In particular, the time required to receive a response from a physician and generate a medical report may increase to up to one minute. We ask that you take potential delays into account when scheduling medical examinations and appreciate your understanding regarding these temporary inconveniences. Most importantly, we have managed to resume examinations without waiting for the system migration to be fully completed.<\/p>\n Recognizing the inconvenience caused to our clients, SMG LLP has decided to exclude October 11 and 12, 2026, from the service cost calculations when finalizing the Certificates of Completion for October 2026. A corresponding recalculation will be performed in accordance with the terms of existing contracts. No charges will be applied for the specified downtime. We are continuing work to fully stabilize the platform and complete the transition to the new server infrastructure. We will provide a further update once all technical procedures are complete.
